GAVOI RAVIOLI FILLED WITH FIORE SARDO DOP CHEESE
- 1/2 kg onions
- 1/2 kg Fiore Sardo DOP Primo Sale cheese
- 1 kg sheet of fresh pasta
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- couple of leaves of pennyroyal
Oven roast the onions then chop finely with the Fiore Sardo cheese and a couple of leaves of pennyroyal. Season with salt and pepper.
Lay the sheet of fresh pasta out and create the ravioli with the filling.
Cook in plenty of salt water and serve with a tomato sauce or a meat sauce with chunks.
